it’s thursday…

Hello, hello, hello!  It’s that time of the week again and I am here to lay down another weekend crop challenge!

This week – pick a word.  Any word.  Use that to create your creation.

My word for the year is “change,” but my word for right now, today, is “play.”  It is something I am trying to do more – crafting wise and family wise.  It all comes back around to change: changing my behaviors, my patterns, my focus, my life… by playing more.

So, at your crop, think about your word and create something, anything around that word.  You might not have the pics with you to create a typical layout, so be as creative as you want to be.

I want to see what you do, so be sure to email me once you are done and I will try to get your creations up on the blog.  With the last few challenges, I had already posted something similar – acrylic album, etc… – but for this one, I will be “play”ing along, too!  I can’t wait to see the results and to share them with everyone.

Happy Cropping!

PS – Don’t forget to take a snack to share and to share a snack mix here!!!

Perhaps I can do this one. I’m taking a class Friday (not really cropping, but is for me because I always change the project and the teacher gets a kick from it!) So I’ll change it to reflect the word “Play.” I hope.

I am off to crop with Julie (Fiskateer #725) tomorrow for a fundraier she is hosting…and I am so excited! This will be our first time crafting together (other than when she trained me as a Fiskars Demonstrator!) I will be thinking about your challenge…and hope to have something productive to share with you tomorrow night! 🙂 Have a great weekend!
